I arrived at a short-term memory improvement strategy after reading this whole chapter about muscle memory. since I'm memorizing stuff since I was in kinder helped me much with my memory because I didn't have to write down the information I needed to remember; instead, I would pay a lot of attention to understand right ahead while the teacher was explaining so my memory would then just have to pair the information. As a result, I have a very good memory depending on what I'm trying to memorize and what has an impact on my mind, like if it makes me mad or happy.

Some things I do to improve my mental memory are: learn plays and tricks from sports or games, also I used to do a lot of mental games when I was younger. When I'm talking to myself, I learn and retain information to do a speech or presentation.

Some environmental experiences that have played a crucial role in my intelligence are mostly coming from my dad and my grandmother. For example, when I was little I would do a lot of word search games and other memory games that I think pretty much helped me develop my mental capacity to retain information and organize my thoughts in a way that I don't have to write anything up.

After reading Gadner’s theory I can come to the conclusion that I am Naturalist, linguistic, intrapersonal, interpersonal, body kinesthetic, and a bit logical mathematical. I have never tried to play an instrument so I don't know if I will be able to naturally adapt or will have to practice a lot to see if I'm good at it. In mathematics, I'm kind of bad but I'm very good at physics because it understands behavior based on angles and motion, so it's kind of common sense.
