Hey Ethan,
After reviewing your post I found it extremely interesting that you scored extremely high on Agreeableness but low on Openness to Experience. I would think that those two factors would go together. I find myself to be helpful and nice to someone whom I get along and agree with rather than someone I do not like and can't get along with. To me, I find these results to show that you do not hold much bias toward people and you are willing to help out no matter what you think about people which is commendable. As far as the ideas of people reaching their full potential, I would have never considered the style of childhood people grew up with affecting their self-esteem in life. As someone like me who has grown up in a rigorous but rewarding household, I hold myself to high standards and I am satisfied with my results.
