Discussion #2: Group B: Last Names N-Z

Hey Ethan,
       I greatly appreciate your insight into the respective topics presented, it has sparked a multitude of connections into my personal life. I often use Mnemonic devices to memorize various subjects such as making puns or an acronym using the material I am studying. Sometimes, I will use songs such as "We Will Rock You" by Queen to memorize my past tense verb endings in Spanish. Your examples of nature versus nurture learning made me realize that one of a parent's main jobs is to influence their child's respective learning environment and processes. The example you gave was your mom making you tour college contrasted to my mother making me have a spelling word each day to hopefully expand my vocabulary. I also admire your recognition of using your strong logical-mathematical intelligence to help influence your career path. Personally, I do not possess strong logical-mathematical intelligence, therefore, I know that engineering may not be my specialty. It is always a pleasure to read your insight.
