Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is like a ladder that shows what most people aim for in life. At the bottom are basic things we all need, like food and safety. I think that many people reach these levels because they're essential for survival. But going up the ladder gets harder. "Self-esteem" is about feeling good about yourself, and "Self-Actualization" means becoming the best you can be. I think that not everyone reaches these top levels because things like self-doubt, life challenges, and lack of opportunities can hold us back. The feeling of not being enough or even the thought of failure. It's tough to reach your full potential. I feel like many people work towards it, even if they don't reach the very top.
